How to Proceed ?

For any exchange or refund request, please send us a direct message (DM) on our official Instagram page with your order details.
Our team will guide you through the next steps

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending a direct message (DM) to our official page.
Please include clear photos of the item and your receipt.
Requests reported after 48 hours will not be accepted

 Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
-The original receipt or order confirmation is required.
-Customers must send a clear photo of the item and the receipt, showing its condition, before approval.
-To request an exchange, please send us a direct message (DM) on our official page with your order details.
-Exchanges are available in our store branches or through shipping (shipping fees apply).
-Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

 Refund Policy

-Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
-Items must be returned in their original condition with tags.
-A clear photo of the item and receipt must be sent before approval.
-Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Exchange is only allowed within 2 days from the delivery date.

Shipping & Processing time

Normal orders are shipped within 4-7 Working days of placement excluding official holidays and weekends. Exchange & Refund orders are processed within 5-10 Working days from requesting.All our orders are hand-packed and shipped with love from Cairo, Egypt.

⏱ الشحن ومدة التجهيز

  الطلبات العادية تُشحن خلال 4–7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الطلب، باستثناء العطلات الرسمية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع.

  طلبات الاستبدال والاسترجاع تُعالج خلال 5–10 أيام عمل من تقديم الطلب.

  جميع طلباتنا يتم تعبئتها يدويًا وشحنها بحب من القاهرة، مصر.

📦 المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

• 
  إذا استلمت منتجًا معيبًا أو غير مطابق للطلب، يجب عليك الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب عبر رسالة مباشرة (DM) على صفحتنا الرسمية.

  يرجى إرفاق صور واضحة للمنتج والإيصال/تأكيد الطلب.

  الطلبات التي يتم الإبلاغ عنها بعد 48 ساعة لن يتم قبولها.

  يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مرتدية، غير مغسولة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع جميع الملصقات.

  يُشترط تقديم الإيصال الأصلي أو تأكيد الطلب.

  يجب على العميل إرسال صورة واضحة للمنتج والإيصال تظهر حالته قبل الموافقة على الطلب.

  لطلب الاستبدال، يرجى إرسال رسالة مباشرة (DM) على صفحتنا الرسمية مع تفاصيل الطلب.

  يمكن الاستبدال من فروعنا أو عبر الشحن (تطبق رسوم الشحن).

  الطلبات للاستبدال تخضع لتوفر المخزون.

  يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب.
  
• 
  يجب أن يتم إرجاع المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية مع الملصقات.

  يجب إرسال صورة واضحة للمنتج والإيصال قبل الموافقة على الطلب.

  سيتم معالجة الاسترجاع بعد فحص المنتج المسترجع.

  رسوم الشحن غير مستردة.

  لا توجد استرجاعات على المنتجات المخفضة أو العروض / الباقات.

هل يمكنني الاستبدال من فروعكم؟

نعم! يمكنك الاستبدال من أي من فروعنا، بشرط أن يكون المنتج مستوفي شروط الاستبدال (خلال 7 أيام، في حالته الأصلية، مع الملصقات، وإرسال الصور عبر DM للموافقة).

All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of placement. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a drop off time.
